Following the implemenation of the EUTR on 3rd March, we are happy to confirm that we only source timber in compliance with the regulations and, where we source timber from with the EU, it will be from suppliers who have confrirmed their compliance with the EU Timber Regulation.
Our veneer buyer has come up trumps and found some rarely available FSC certified logs of Bubinga and Sapele. African tropical woods are notoriously dificult to find as FSC or PEFC certified and we are delighted to announce this success in our ongoing commitment to sourcing more species of certified veneers.
